BACK-UP is an innovative electric conversion kit for battery operated clocks. The conversion is achieved by an external AC to DC power supply simultaneously powering and trickle charging an internal Ni-Cad Battery (patent pending).

OPERATION:

BACK-UP insures the clock continues to function in the event of a power loss for any battery operated clock. Once plugged in to any standard outlet BACK-UP will provide power to the clock movement and charge the internal battery. Within 5 hours the internal battery will be fully charged providing power for up to 3 weeks.

INSTALLATION:

1 – Remove the unit from packaging.

2 – Insert power supply into desired outlet (Note: make sure it is NOT plugged into a switched outlet).

3 – Insert battery adapter into clock movement, confirm that battery adapter is in the correct way. Positive to Positive and Negative to Negative.
